Night Blooming Books specializes in hopeful speculative fiction.

Night Blooming Books was founded in 2021 by Sorcha Mack, who also publishes under the name S.M. Mack, and is a small, one-woman press featuring speculative novels and novellas. We specialize in hopeful stories à la Rachel Aaron’s Heartstrikers series and T.J. Klune’s The House in the Cerulean Sea.

We are currently closed to unsolicited fiction and nonfiction submissions. However, we are always on the lookout for freelance editors and artists. Please reach out to us via the contact page and we’ll add you to our list.
